In order to use our Zapier automations, you’ll need to create at least one dynamic template.
A dynamic template is a simple image or video, where you can define the elements that will dynamically change, also known as placeholders.
It is a simple process, done in 3 easy steps:
Create a normal image or video
Log in to your Krumzi account and create a new image or video, depending on what you want to automate. You can either create one from scratch, or start from a template.
Turn your image or video into a dynamic template
Next to the image or video name, you’ll see a zap icon. Clicking on it will turn your visual into a dynamic template and will allow you to define your placeholders.

Define your placeholders
The placeholders are the elements that you want to dynamically change. You can define as many as you want.
Adding a new placeholder is done by selecting an element and clicking the placeholder button in the options toolbar.

The elements that are already defined as placeholders will have a zap icon next to them, so they can be easily identified.
(Optional) Test your template with custom values
After you are done defining your placeholders, you can optionally test your template with custom values for each placeholder. This way, you can see how your image or video will look with different content variations for your placeholders.
In the export popup, you’ll also be able to see and copy your template’s id, which you may need when you’ll be creating your zaps.
