How Krumzi's 7-day free trial works: full access, 1,000 credits, card upfront, activate early, extend once, cancel in one click.

Every new Krumzi account starts with a 7-day free trial. There's no free plan, but the trial gives you the whole product so you can decide with real designs in hand.

What you get

  • Full app access for 7 days: AI Designer, image, carousel, and video editors, Brand Kit, Brand Mind, Post Ideas, and every export format.

  • 1,000 trial credits, the same amount no matter which plan you pick. Credits pay for AI work; see "How Credits Work" for the details.

  • Access to every AI model and the model selector.

Why we ask for a card

You enter a card when you start the trial, but nothing is charged for 7 days. On day 8 the trial auto-converts to the plan you chose (Starter, Pro, or Ultra, monthly or yearly) and your card is billed. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.

We also email you the day before the charge, so it never comes as a surprise.

Switching plans during the trial

Not sure which tier fits? You can switch between Starter, Pro, and Ultra any time during the trial from Settings → Billing & plan. Switching only changes what you'll be billed for after the trial. Your trial credits stay the same.

Activate early

If you already know you're staying, you don't have to wait. Click Activate early on the Billing page (or the activate button in the sidebar's trial card) to end the trial now. Your plan starts immediately and you get:

  • Your plan's full monthly credit grant.

  • Any unused trial credits, plus an activation bonus, added as credits that never expire.

The same carry-over happens if you let the trial convert on its own on day 8, so nothing you didn't use is lost.

Need more time?

If you start to cancel during the trial, we offer a one-time 7-day extension. Take it and your trial end date moves out a week. It's available once per account.

Cancelling

Go to Settings → Billing & plan and click Cancel plan. We ask why (optional but helpful), show you a matched offer such as the extension or a reminder email before any charge, and then confirm. Your designs stay in your account either way.

Things to know

  • Trial users can't buy top-up credit packs yet. If you run out of trial credits, activate early to get your full plan credits right away.

  • Within 48 hours of the trial ending, Krumzi shows you a countdown reminder when you open the app.
