Edit Individual Slides

Krumzi carousels are one wide canvas with dashed guides marking each slide. The editor shows you one slide at a time so you can focus, but nothing is locked to a slide, and that flexibility is the whole point.

Moving between slides

• Use the left and right arrow buttons on the sides of the canvas to step through slides.

• The pill at the bottom shows where you are, for example 3 / 8.

• The header chip shows the total slide count, and the Export button carries the same badge.

Hold Cmd/Ctrl and scroll to zoom out and you'll see the neighboring slides and the dashed boundaries between them. That's a good way to check how a background or headline flows across the seam.

Editing elements

Everything works exactly like the image editor:

• Text: double-click to edit the words; use the Design panel's Typography section for font, weight, size, color, alignment and letter spacing.

• Images: drag, resize, replace (double-click or Replace Image), remove background, filters and effects.

• Shapes, emojis, annotations, QR codes: add them from the Assets tab, style them in the Design panel.

• Background: the Background tab sets the background for the whole wide canvas. Want a different look per slide? Add a full-slide rectangle behind that slide's content, or ask the AI to do it.

• Undo, redo, snapping, shortcuts, autosave all apply. See Keyboard Shortcuts and Snapping.

Moving elements across slides

Because it's a single canvas, you can drag any element past the dashed guide into the next slide, or let it sit across the boundary on purpose (a photo that continues from slide 2 into slide 3 is a classic swipe hook). Elements snap to slide edges as well as to other elements, so it's easy to line up a headline exactly with the start of a slide.

The AI thinks in slides too. "Move the quote from slide 4 to slide 2" or "make the arrow on slide 1 point into slide 2" both work.

Global vs. per-slide elements

Some elements are meant to repeat on every slide: a logo in the corner, a page counter, a handle at the bottom. Ask the AI to "add my logo to the top left of every slide" and it places a copy on each one. If you later change your mind, "remove the logo from all slides" cleans them up in one go.

Adding and removing slides

Slide structure is managed through the AI chat:

• Add a slide: "add a slide at the end with a CTA to visit our website", "insert a new slide after slide 3", or "add an intro slide at the start". Existing slides keep their content; the canvas grows by one slide.

• Delete a slide: "delete slide 5". Everything on that slide is removed and later slides shift left to close the gap. You can't delete the last remaining slide.

• Reorder: ask the AI to swap or move slides and it rearranges the canvas for you.

Undo (Cmd/Ctrl + Z) covers these changes as well.

Keeping the set consistent

• Change fonts and colors globally through chat ("use Sora for every headline") rather than slide by slide.

• Keep margins consistent; snapping and the slide guides help you place things at the same offset on each slide.

• Give the first and last slides extra attention. The opener earns the swipe, the closer earns the action.

Preview before export

Step through every slide once, zoomed in, and check the seams if anything crosses a boundary. Then hit Export: you'll get real per-slide previews and can pick exactly which slides to include. See Export Carousels.
