Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Switch between Starter, Pro, and Ultra, or between monthly and yearly billing, right from Settings → Billing & plan.

You can change plans any time without leaving Krumzi. Upgrades kick in immediately; downgrades wait until your next billing date.
Change your plan
- Go to Settings → Billing & plan.
- Scroll to Compare plans.
- Click Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want.
- Review the summary in the confirmation dialog and confirm.
How upgrades work
- Instant access. The new plan's features (video editor, Brand Kit, more brands, and so on) unlock right away.
- Prorated charge. You're only charged the difference for the rest of your current billing cycle. The confirmation dialog shows today's prorated amount before you commit.
- Credits. Your credit allowance moves to the new plan's grant.
How downgrades work
- Nothing changes today. You keep your current plan's features and credits until your next billing date, which the dialog shows.
- No partial refund. You've already paid for the current period, so you get to use it.
- From the next cycle you're billed at the lower price and receive the lower plan's monthly credits.
Before downgrading from Pro or Ultra to Starter, remember Starter has no video editor, no Brand Kit, and no templates. Export any videos you still need first. Ultra also allows 3 brands; Pro and Starter allow 1.
Switch monthly and yearly
On the plan card at the top of the Billing page, click Switch to yearly (or Switch to monthly). Yearly billing works out to two months free on every plan. Confirm in the dialog and Polar prorates the switch automatically.
During the free trial
You can switch tiers as often as you like during the trial. It only changes what you'll be billed for when the trial converts; your trial credits stay the same. Want the new plan's full credits right now? Use Activate early instead.

Tips
- Running out of credits every month? Check Settings → Usage & credits to see where they go. Sometimes a top-up pack is cheaper than a higher plan; sometimes it isn't.
- Paid users who hit a plan-locked feature in the editor are pointed straight to the Billing page to upgrade.
