Build a brand from scratch with the interview

The no-brand door

Starting from zero is fine β€” honestly, it's the fun path. When you create a brand and pick "No brand yet? Let's build one together", Krumzi interviews you like a brand strategist would.

How it works

It's a conversation, not a form. One question at a time, with tappable answers (you can always type instead). And it's a real conversation: every question builds on what you just said. Tell it you restore mid-century furniture and the next question is about estate sales and first apartments, not a generic "who's your audience?". No two interviews look the same.

In between, you'll get taste rounds β€” two designs side by side, "which feels more like you?" No words, just tap. There are no wrong answers.

It also picks up the concrete stuff as you go: your brand's name the moment you land on it, what you actually sell, and your colors. Have colors already? Say them and they go straight into your brand kit. Don't? It proposes a palette that fits your taste picks β€” "warm cream, deep walnut, one hit of terracotta" β€” and saves that instead. Either way, your first designs start from a real brand kit, not a blank one.

The whole time, your brand brief builds itself live next to the chat. Every answer settles something: your positioning lands, then your voice, then your look. You're watching your brand come into existence.

When you've said enough

A few answers in, Krumzi tells you where you stand: "Your Brand Mind is 64% built. Enough for real designs." From there you can head into the AI Designer and make your first design, or keep going β€” every extra answer sharpens what comes out. If you come back later, it remembers everything it concluded and asks about new ground, never the same questions again.

Everything the interview concluded lands in your Brand Mind, where you can edit or refine it anytime. The interview is free.
