Organize designs with folders and tags
Use the Visuals library to search your whole library, sort designs into nested folders, tag them, filter by type or tag, and move things around by drag and drop.

Visuals is your design library. Every image, carousel, document, and video you create in Krumzi lands here, and it's where you keep them tidy with folders and tags. Open it from the sidebar or press G then V.
Visuals is scoped to the active brand (workspace). Switch workspaces from the top of the sidebar to see another brand's designs.
Create a folder
In Visuals, click New folder in the toolbar.
The folder appears straight away with its name selected. Type the real name and press Enter.
Folders can live inside other folders. Open a folder and create a new one there to nest it: for example a "Clients" folder with one sub-folder per client, or "2026" with a folder per campaign. The breadcrumb trail at the top of the page shows where you are; click any step to jump back up.
Move designs into folders
Three ways:
Drag and drop. Drag a design (or a folder) onto a folder card. If you've selected several items, dragging one moves them all. You can also drop onto any step in the breadcrumb trail to move things up a level, including all the way back to "All visuals". Press Esc mid-drag to call it off.
Move to menu. Select one or more items, then use Move in the bar that appears at the bottom. It lists "All visuals" (the top level) and your whole folder tree.
Right-click. Right-click anything and pick Move to.
After a move, a toast appears in the corner with an Undo button. Click it and everything goes back where it was.
Krumzi won't let you drop a folder into itself or into one of its own sub-folders.
Select several at once
Click an item to select it on its own.
Cmd/Ctrl + click to add or remove one item.
Shift + click to select everything between the last item you clicked and this one.
Drag a marquee across empty space to select everything inside it.
Press Cmd/Ctrl + A, or right-click the background and choose Select all.
Press Esc to clear the selection.
With a single item selected, Open takes you into the editor. Every other action in the bar (move, tag, duplicate, delete) works on the whole selection.
Tags
Tags cut across folders. A design can sit in "Clients / Acme" and still carry the tags "reel", "promo", and "approved".
Select one or more designs.
Click Tags in the bottom bar, or right-click and open Tags.
Click a tag to add it to everything you've selected. A tick means every selected design already has it; click again to take it off.
Making a new tag. There are three ways in, and they all open the same dialog:
The dashed New tag chip in the filter row.
New tag at the bottom of the Tags popover in the bottom bar.
New tag at the bottom of the right-click Tags submenu.
Give it a name, pick one of the eight colors, and the preview shows exactly how the tag will look. If you had designs selected when you opened it, they get tagged the moment you hit Create tag.
Tags belong to the workspace, so the same "promo" tag is available on every design in that brand. Tagged designs show a small colored dot under their name in the grid.
Search and filter
Search in the toolbar looks across your whole library, not just the folder you're standing in, and matches both design names and folder names. Results are grouped into folders and designs.
Under the toolbar, the chip row narrows the grid instantly:
Type: All, Images, Videos, Carousels, or Docs.
Tags: click any tag chip to show only designs carrying it. Click more than one to widen the net.
A dashed Clear chip appears whenever anything is filtering the view. Click it to reset the search and every filter at once.
Delete a folder
Select the folder and click Delete in the bottom bar (or press Delete), then confirm. Deleting a folder also deletes every design inside it, including sub-folders. If you want to keep the designs, move them out first.
Tips
Folders for structure, tags for status. "Client / Campaign" as folders, "draft / approved / posted" as tags works well.
Press Space on a selected design for a full-screen preview, then use the arrow keys to flick through the rest.
Recent designs are also one keystroke away in the command palette (Cmd/Ctrl + K), so you don't have to dig through folders for what you touched yesterday.
