The Content Calendar

The calendar is where your whole publishing queue lives. Open it from Calendar in the sidebar, or press G then C.

Three views

• Month gives you the big picture and is the best place to spot gaps in your posting rhythm.

• Week zooms in when you're planning a specific week in detail.

• List is a working queue rather than a grid. Use it when you want to get through a pile of posts.

Reading the chips

In month and week view, each post is a color-coded chip. The statuses are:

• Draft, saved but not queued.

• Scheduled, waiting for its time.

• Publishing, going out right now.

• Published, live on the platform.

• Partial, it went out on one platform but not the other.

• Failed, it didn't go out. See Fix a Failed Post.

• Canceled, you stopped it.

Click any chip to open a popover with the post details plus retry, cancel, and refresh-design actions.

Drag to reschedule

Grab a chip in month or week view and drop it on a different day. That's the whole interaction. Handy when a launch slips or you want to space posts out.

List view

List view groups posts by day and splits them across four tabs, each with a live count:

• Upcoming, everything queued.

• Drafts, everything unscheduled.

• Failed, everything that needs your attention.

• Published, your history.

There's a caption search at the top, so you can find a post by what it says rather than by hunting for the date. Each row has an edit pencil and the same retry, cancel, and refresh-design popover.

Filtering by platform

Use the Instagram / Facebook filter to narrow things down. It applies to the grid and to the needs-attention tray, so you can work through problems on one platform at a time.

Setting your timezone

The calendar runs in your brand's timezone. Krumzi auto-detects your browser's timezone and uses that until you choose one explicitly.

To change it, open the timezone picker. Every IANA timezone is there with its live GMT offset, and there's a one-click Detect my timezone if you've traveled or moved. Once a brand picks a timezone explicitly, Krumzi stops auto-detecting for that brand, so your schedule doesn't shift under you when you're working from a different country.
