Set up your Brand Kit

Your Brand Kit is where Krumzi keeps the visual identity of your brand: your brand name, logos, three brand colors with auto-generated shades, and a heading and body font. Once it's filled in, the AI Designer uses it automatically, so a prompt like "Instagram post announcing our spring sale" comes back already looking like you.
Who can use the Brand Kit
The Brand Kit is included on Pro and Ultra. During your 7-day free trial you get full access too. If you're on Starter, the Brand Kit page shows a locked preview and an upgrade prompt.
Brand Mind, the AI that learns your voice and style, is separate from the Brand Kit and available on every plan.
Open the Brand Kit
Click Brand Kit in the left sidebar, or press G then K from anywhere in the app. You'll see four sections on one page: Brand Identity, Color Palette, Typography, and (once you have some) Media Assets.
Enter your brand name
In the Brand Identity section, click the Brand name field.
Type your name exactly as you want it to appear in designs, capitalization included.
Click anywhere outside the field. It saves on its own.
The AI uses this name when a design calls for it, like a footer, a signature line, or a "by" credit, and it uses the name to understand the context of your brand. It won't force your name into designs that aren't about your business, such as a client's event or a quote graphic.
Already built a Brand Mind? Your kit may be filled in
When you finish the Brand Mind interview, Krumzi copies the colors and fonts you confirmed there into your Brand Kit (and adds your logo if you uploaded one). If your kit is still empty, it gets seeded; if you've already set colors or fonts by hand, those stay untouched. So it's worth checking the Brand Kit page after a Brand Mind setup or retake. Everything is editable.
What to fill in next
You don't need to finish everything at once. Even a name and a primary color make AI designs noticeably more consistent. Then work through:
Logos: upload one or more variants and label them.
Colors: primary, secondary, and accent, each with a shade scale.
Fonts: a heading font and a body font.
The articles "Upload logos", "Set brand colors", and "Set brand fonts" walk through each one.
Turning the Brand Kit on and off in the AI Designer
The AI Designer prompt bar has a Brand Kit toggle. Leave it on and the AI applies your colors, fonts, and logos to what it makes. Turn it off when you want to explore a different look; the AI then picks its own palette and type. You'll also find your brand colors and logos inside the editor's Brand Kit panel and color pickers, so you can apply them by hand.
Good to know
Every brand (workspace) has its own Brand Kit. Switch workspaces from the top of the sidebar to edit a different one.
Changing your kit only affects future designs. Existing designs keep the colors and fonts they were made with.
Deleting a workspace deletes its Brand Kit along with everything else in it, so be careful with the Danger zone in Settings.
