The Animated Counter is at krumzi.com/tools/animated-counter. Type a number, style it, and export a short video of it counting up from zero. No account, nothing to install, and the render happens entirely in your browser so nothing is uploaded anywhere.

What you can set

  • Theme: light or dark.
  • Number: the target the counter climbs to. Whole numbers below one million.
  • Text: a label under the number, up to 30 characters (for example "Followers" or "Downloads").
  • Prefix and Suffix: up to two characters each, so you can do "$" in front or "k" or "%" after.
  • Emoji: pick one of twelve animated emojis that plays alongside the count.

There's a Reset link at the top of the panel if you want to go back to the defaults. The preview on the left plays your counter live as you tweak it.

Exporting

Hit the export button and the tool renders frame by frame in your browser, with a progress readout. When it's done the file lands in your Downloads folder as krumzi-animated-counter.mp4. The clip is a fixed 5-second MP4 at 1920 by 1080, 60 fps, with a small Krumzi badge in the corner. Once it's finished you can change something and export again.

What the free tool doesn't do

A few things are intentionally out of scope here so it stays fast and simple:

  • The counter always counts up from zero. For a countdown, export the clip and reverse it in your video editor.
  • Duration is fixed at 5 seconds. Speed the clip up or trim it in your editor if you want it snappier.
  • Output is landscape only. Crop it to square or vertical in any editor.
  • Custom fonts and brand colors aren't available. You get the light and dark themes.
  • It exports MP4, not GIF. If you need a GIF, run the MP4 through a free converter such as ezgif or CloudConvert.

Where people use it

Drop the MP4 onto a timeline in Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci, or the Krumzi video editor. Insert it in PowerPoint or Google Slides and set it to autoplay. Embed it on a website in a muted, looping video tag as a "live" stat. Or upload it straight to a Reel, TikTok, or LinkedIn post to celebrate a milestone.

Want more control?

The full Krumzi video editor has an animated counter element with prefix, suffix, thousands separators, decimals, an optional confetti burst on completion, timing you set on the timeline, your brand colors, any format from square to vertical, and no badge. It's on the Pro and Ultra plans.
