Connect Krumzi to Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor

Add the Krumzi MCP server to your AI assistant and design without leaving the chat.

You can now use Krumzi from inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude Code. Describe a design in the chat you already have open, and it lands in your Krumzi library — on brand, fully editable, ready to export.

Here's how to set it up. It takes about a minute, and you only do it once.

The server URL

Every tool uses the same link:

Connect Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors. Custom connectors are available on Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans.

  2. Click Add custom connector, name it Krumzi, and paste the server URL.

  3. Click Connect. A Krumzi tab opens — sign in if you need to, review what Claude will be able to do, and click Approve and connect.

Connect ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode. You only need this once, on a Plus, Pro, Team, or Enterprise plan.

  2. Back in Connectors, click Create. Name it Krumzi, paste the server URL, and pick OAuth for authentication.

  3. Save, then approve the connection on Krumzi.

Connect Cursor

  1. Open Cursor Settings → Tools & MCP → Add custom MCP. Cursor opens mcp.json.

  2. Add Krumzi to the servers list: { "mcpServers": { "krumzi": { "url": "https://www.krumzi.com/api/mcp" } } }

  3. Save the file, then approve on Krumzi when the browser opens.

Connect Claude Code

  1. Run claude mcp add --transport http krumzi https://www.krumzi.com/api/mcp in your terminal.

  2. Start Claude Code, type /mcp, pick krumzi, then Authenticate.

  3. Approve on Krumzi in the tab that opens.

What to ask for

Talk to it like you'd talk to a designer. A few examples:

  • "Make an Instagram post announcing our fall menu. Warm, a little playful, use our brand."

  • "Turn this blog post into a 7-slide carousel. Keep it under 12 words a slide."

  • "A 6-page mini guide from this checklist. A4, our brand."

Designs take a minute or two. The AI will tell you it's working and share a preview plus an editor link when it's done. Everything it makes spends credits from your monthly balance, same as designing in the app.

If you have more than one brand, tell the AI which one to use — it can list your brands and will confirm when it's unsure. It defaults to the brand you have active in the Krumzi app.

What a connected tool can and can't do

It can create and edit designs, generate AI images, export files, and read your brand kits. It can't publish to your social accounts, change billing, manage members, or delete anything.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Connected apps in Krumzi and click Disconnect. Access ends right away, and designs already in your library stay yours.
