Upload and manage your media
Upload your own images, videos, audio, and Lottie files into the editor, reuse them across designs, and find stock media, memes, emoji, and shapes.

Your own photos, footage, and audio go into designs through the editor's Uploads panel. Everything you upload is kept in your account and shows up in every editor, so you upload once and reuse it in as many designs as you like.
Upload a file
Open a design and click Uploads in the side rail.
Drop files onto the drop zone, or click it to pick files from your computer. You can drop several at once.
Watch the progress bar. When an upload finishes, its thumbnail joins the list, grouped by type.
Click a thumbnail to add it to the canvas.
What you can upload
The Uploads panel sorts your files into Images, Videos, and Lottie tabs. Audio for a video's soundtrack is added from the video editor's Audio panel, which accepts audio and video files (it takes the sound from a video).
Replace an image in place
To swap the picture inside an existing image element without losing its size, position, or effects, select the element on the canvas and use Replace Image in its toolbar. Pick a new file and it drops into the same frame.
Give the AI your images
You don't have to place uploads by hand. Attach an image to your prompt in the AI Designer or the editor chat and the AI both sees it and can add it to the canvas. You can also attach audio or video as a brief; Krumzi transcribes it (2 credits per file) and uses the transcript as your instructions.
Built-in media, no upload needed
The Assets panel next to Uploads holds ready-to-use media:
Images and Videos: free stock photos and clips. Browse trending picks or search by keyword.
Emoji and Shapes.
Meme Templates with live previews.
Animated Counter, QR Code, and Annotations for the more specialised elements.
The AI can reach the same library: ask for "a stock photo of a sunrise over mountains" or "add a lightbulb icon" and it searches and places the result for you.
Brand assets
Logos, brand colors, and any images or videos saved to your Brand Kit live in the editor's Brand Kit panel (Pro and Ultra). Click a logo or asset to add it to the canvas.
Where uploads are stored
Uploaded files are hosted by Krumzi and delivered through our CDN, so exports render with the exact file you added. Uploads belong to your account rather than one design, which is why they appear in every editor.
Tips
Upload the highest-resolution version you have. Exports go up to 4× on images and 4K on video; a small source will look soft.
Use PNG or SVG for logos and cutouts so transparency is preserved.
Large videos take longer to upload and to render. Trim clips before uploading when you can.
