How the Free Trial Works

Every Krumzi plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You pick a plan, add a card, and pay nothing today. If you don't cancel, your plan starts on day 4. Here's how it works, start to finish.

Start your trial

1. Sign up with Google, X or your email. See "Create Your Account".

2. On Pick a plan for your trial, choose Starter, Pro, Studio or Agency, and monthly or yearly.

3. Click Start free trial and add your card at checkout. You're charged $0 today.

4. Set up your brand, then you land in the AI designer, ready for your first design.

What your trial includes

• Your plan's features for 3 days. A Pro trial gets the video editor and Brand Kit, a Starter trial doesn't. See "Plans and Pricing".

• 500 AI credits, the same whichever plan you pick. Credits pay for AI work; see "How Credits Work".

• Watermarked downloads. Everything you download during the trial carries a Krumzi watermark, including a design you made with one of our free tools. Once your plan starts, fresh exports are clean.

When your trial ends

On day 4 your plan starts and your card is charged for the plan and billing cycle you picked. On yearly, that's the whole year. After that it renews each month or year until you cancel.

We email you about a day before the charge, and Krumzi shows a reminder in the app during your last day, so it never comes as a surprise.

When your plan starts you get your plan's monthly credits, plus any trial credits you didn't use and an activation bonus, added as credits that never expire.

Start your plan early

Already know you're staying? Click Activate early on the Billing page, or Activate · Get bonus on the sidebar's trial card. Your trial ends now, you're charged for your plan, and once the payment goes through you get clean exports, your plan's monthly credits, your leftover trial credits and the activation bonus.

Switching plans during the trial

Not sure which plan fits? Click Change plan in Settings → Billing & plan any time during the trial. The change applies when the trial ends, so it only changes what you'll be billed for. Your trial credits stay the same.

Cancelling

Go to Settings → Billing & plan and click Cancel before renewal. Cancel any time in the first 3 days and you're never charged. You keep your trial until it would have ended, and your designs stay in your account either way. After that, they're there to view, and picking a plan opens them back up.

Things to know

• One free trial per person. If you've had a trial or a plan before, you go straight to a paid plan instead.

• Trials can't buy top-up credit packs. If you run out of trial credits, activate early to get your full plan credits right away.

• Payments are final, including the first charge when your trial ends, unless something we built didn't work. Then we refund it. See krumzi.com/refund-policy.
