Schedule a Post
Pick a design, write a caption, choose a time, and let Krumzi publish to Instagram and Facebook for you.

Once your accounts are connected, scheduling takes about a minute. The composer is a full page, so you get room to see the design and the caption side by side.
Open the composer
There are several ways in, use whichever fits what you're doing:
Click the orange Schedule row in the sidebar, or press G then N.
Click Schedule post in the calendar header.
Click any empty day on the calendar. That day gets pre-filled for you.
From the image editor, open Export and choose Schedule this post. You stay in the editor, and the design is already locked in.
From Visuals, select a design and use the selection bar.
Just tell the AI in the editor chat: "schedule this for Tuesday 9am".
Build the post
Pick your media. Choose one of your designs from the picker (you get live thumbnails, and carousels are supported), or upload an image or video directly.
Write the caption. One caption field covers both platforms, with live character counters. Need them to differ? Add a per-platform override and edit Instagram and Facebook separately. Or click the AI button to have Krumzi write one for you.
Choose where it goes. Toggle Instagram and Facebook on or off. Krumzi validates as you go and warns you inline about things like aspect ratios and item limits, before you schedule rather than after it fails.
Pick a time. Type it in plain language ("tomorrow at 9am", "in 3 hours"), use a quick pick, or set the exact date and time down to the minute.
Three ways to finish
Save draft keeps everything without committing to a time. Drafts live on the calendar and in the Drafts tab of the list view.
Schedule queues it. Krumzi publishes at the time you picked, in your brand's timezone.
Publish now sends it immediately.
After a successful schedule you're returned to the calendar with the new post in place.
Your design stays current
Here's something worth knowing: Krumzi publishes from a fresh render taken at schedule time, not from an old thumbnail. So if you tweak the design after scheduling, what actually goes out matches what you see now.
If a post is already queued and you've made changes, open it and use Refresh design to pull in the latest version.
Editing a scheduled post
Click the post on the calendar and choose edit. A full-screen editor opens with a per-platform caption preview, the publish-to toggles, and the ability to reschedule. Save and it stays in the queue at its new time.
Timezones
Everything runs in your brand's timezone, shown at the top of the calendar. Krumzi detects your browser timezone automatically until you pick one explicitly. If you post for an audience in a different region, set it once in the calendar's timezone picker and every time you enter from then on is interpreted in that zone.
