Manage multiple brands (workspaces)
Create, switch between, and delete brand workspaces. Ultra supports up to 3 brands, each with its own kit, designs, and Brand Mind.

In Krumzi a brand is a workspace. Each one has its own Brand Kit, Brand Mind, post ideas, Visuals library, folders, tags, and export history. If you run several businesses or manage clients, keeping them in separate workspaces means their colors, fonts, and designs never bleed into each other.
How many brands you get
Only Pro and Ultra include the Brand Kit itself, so on Ultra each of your three workspaces gets its own kit.
Switch between workspaces
Click the workspace name at the top of the left sidebar. It shows your brand's logo or initial.
Pick another workspace from the Workspaces list. The active one has a check mark.
The page reloads for the new brand and every part of the app follows: the AI Designer uses that brand's kit and Brand Mind, Visuals shows that brand's designs, and Exports shows its render history. Your choice is remembered until you switch again.
Create a new workspace
Open the workspace menu in the sidebar and click Create workspace.
Enter the brand's website (optional), upload a logo, type the brand name, and pick a brand type: Personal or Business.
Continue. Krumzi switches you into the new workspace so you can set up its Brand Kit and Brand Mind.
When you've reached your plan's limit, "Create workspace" is greyed out. Upgrade to Ultra to unlock up to 3.
Workspace settings
Choose Workspace settings from the same menu (or go to Settings and open the Brand tab). Here you can change the brand's logo, name, website, and type. Fields save on their own as you edit. The Defaults panel links out to the brand's AI settings and its Brand Kit.
Delete a workspace
At the bottom of Workspace settings is a Danger zone with Delete this brand. Deleting is permanent and removes everything inside the workspace: visuals, folders, tags, and export history, along with its Brand Kit and Brand Mind. You'll be asked to confirm. You can't delete your only remaining brand.
Tips for agencies and multi-brand owners
Set up each workspace's Brand Kit and Brand Mind before generating for it. The AI can only stay on-brand with what it's been given.
Check the workspace name in the sidebar before you start a session. Every design you make lands in the active workspace.
Per-brand AI settings (default model, brand strictness, reply style, copy language) are also stored per workspace, so a client who writes in Spanish can have that as their default without affecting the others.
