Update Your Profile

Your profile and account settings live under Settings. Open it from the sidebar, or click your profile at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Account settings.

Settings at a glance

Settings has five tabs:

• AI: per-brand defaults for the AI Designer (default model, thinking, web search, auto-critique, brand strictness, reply style, copy language).

• Billing & plan: subscription, top-ups, invoices, payment method.

• Usage & credits: where your credits go.

• Brand: the active brand's name, logo, website, and type.

• Profile: you.

Update your profile

1. Go to Settings → Profile.

2. Avatar: click your picture to upload a new one. It saves as soon as the upload finishes.

3. Full name: type your name. It autosaves a moment after you stop typing; there's no Save button.

4. Email: shown for reference. It's your login and can't be edited here. If you need it changed, email hello@krumzi.com from your current address.

5. Password: click Change, enter your current password and the new one twice, and save. See "Reset Your Password" if you've forgotten it.

Update your brand

Brand details are separate from your profile because you can have more than one brand (1 on Starter and Pro, up to 3 on Ultra). Go to Settings → Brand to edit the active brand:

• Logo: upload to replace it. Saves immediately.

• Brand name and website: autosaved as you type. Blank names are never saved.

• Brand type: Personal or Business.

• Defaults: shortcuts to AI settings and Brand Kit for this brand.

• Danger zone: delete the brand. You can't delete your last brand.

Switch between brands from the sidebar's brand switcher; the Brand tab always edits whichever brand is active.

Tips

• Use an email you check. Trial reminders, invoices, and reset links go there.

• Your logos, colors, and fonts for designs live in Brand Kit, and your brand's voice and style live in Brand Mind. Both are in the sidebar, not in Settings.
