Add one or more logo variants to your Brand Kit, label them, and let the AI pick the right one for each design.

Add your logos to the Brand Kit so the AI can place them in designs, and so you can drop them onto a canvas yourself in one click. You can store several variants and label each one.

Before you begin

  • You need Pro, Ultra, or an active free trial to edit the Brand Kit.
  • Have your logo files ready. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background gives the best results.
  1. Open Brand Kit from the sidebar.
  2. In the Brand Identity section, find the Logos row.
  3. Click the dashed Add logo tile and choose an image file. Uploads go one at a time.
  4. Once it appears, click the small label under the logo and type a name for this variant, for example Main, Light, Dark, or Icon. The label saves as you type.

Your first upload is labelled "Main" automatically; later ones are labelled "Variant" until you rename them.

Which labels the AI understands

Labels aren't just for you. The AI reads them when it decides which logo to use, and four labels carry a specific meaning:

LightA white or light version, used on dark backgrounds.
DarkA dark version, used on light backgrounds.
IconThe mark only, used when there's room for a small symbol but not a wordmark.

Use these exact words where they fit. Any other label still works as a description; the AI just won't attach a special rule to it.

Two variants cover most situations: a Main logo and a Light version for dark designs. Add an Icon if you have one, since it's handy for small corner placements. Horizontal and stacked layouts can be added as extra variants with descriptive labels.

Using logos in the editor

Inside any editor, open the Brand Kit panel from the side rail. Your logos sit at the top; click one to add it to the canvas as an image element. The AI keeps the logo's proportions intact when it places one, and you can resize, move, or restyle it like any other image.

  1. Hover over the logo tile on the Brand Kit page.
  2. Click the small × that appears at its top-right corner.

The logo is removed from your kit right away. Designs that already use it are not changed. To swap a logo, remove the old one and upload the new file.

Tips for good logo files

  • Transparent background. If your file has a baked-in white box, upload it anyway, add it to a design, and use the editor's background removal to clean it up before re-uploading.
  • High resolution. The AI can scale a large logo down but can't sharpen a tiny one.
  • Rebranded? Replace the files here and every future design picks up the new look.
