Pick a heading font and a body font in your Brand Kit and the AI Designer applies them to the text it creates. Consistent typography is one of the quickest ways to make your feed look like it comes from one brand.

Before you begin

You need Pro, Ultra, or an active free trial to edit the Brand Kit.

Choose your fonts

  1. Open Brand Kit from the sidebar and scroll to Typography.

  2. Click the Heading font selector. Type to search by name or scroll the list. Each entry is rendered in its own typeface so you can judge it at a glance.

  3. Click a font to select it. It saves immediately.

  4. Do the same for Body font.

Once at least one font is set, a preview panel under the selectors shows a sample headline and a line of body text in your choices. The preview shows your saved fonts; if it hasn't caught up after a change, refresh the page.

Heading vs. body

  • Heading font is for headlines, titles, and any large text. It carries the personality: a bold sans-serif feels modern, a serif feels editorial, a display face feels distinctive.

  • Body font is for descriptions, captions, and small text. It should be quiet and easy to read at small sizes. Neutral sans-serifs like Inter, Open Sans, or Nunito do this well.

What makes a pairing work

  • Contrast the categories. Serif heading with a sans-serif body is a classic for a reason.

  • Match the mood. A playful headline font with a stiff body font sends mixed signals.

  • Keep the body legible. Skip script and decorative faces for body text.

  • Two fonts is enough. The AI applies them consistently, so they work hard as a pair.

Starting points

  • Montserrat + Open Sans: versatile, works for almost anything.

  • Playfair Display + Lato: elegant headings with clean body text.

  • Bebas Neue + Roboto: loud headlines, neutral body. Good for fitness and bold brands.

  • Poppins + Inter: friendly and professional. A safe pick for tech and services.

  • Sora + Nunito: what Krumzi uses for itself.

Where the fonts are used

With the Brand Kit toggle on in the AI Designer, new designs use your heading font for headlines and your body font for supporting text. In the editor you can still change any text element's font from the customization panel, and the AI will use a non-brand font if you ask for one directly, unless your brand strictness is set to strict.

Brand Mind sets fonts too

When you confirm a font pairing in the Brand Mind interview, those two fonts are written into these fields. Come back here if you'd like to override them.

Changing fonts later

Pick a new font at any time. The change applies to designs generated from then on; existing designs keep their fonts. To update an older design, open it and either change the text elements yourself or ask the AI in the chat to switch the fonts.
