Organize designs with folders and tags

Visuals is your design library. Every image, carousel, and video you create in Krumzi lands here, and it's where you keep them tidy with folders and tags. Open it from the sidebar or press G then V.

Visuals is scoped to the active brand (workspace). Switch workspaces from the top of the sidebar to see another brand's designs.

Create a folder

1. In Visuals, click the New folder button in the top-right action bar.

2. Type a name (at least two characters) and click Create.

Folders can live inside other folders. Open a folder and create a new one there to nest it: for example a "Clients" folder with one sub-folder per client, or "2026" with a folder per campaign. Breadcrumbs at the top of the page show where you are; click one to jump back up.

Move designs into folders

There are two ways:

• Drag and drop. Drag a design (or a folder) onto a folder tile. If you've selected several items, dragging one moves them all.

• Move to menu. Select one or more items, then use the Move to dropdown in the action bar that appears at the bottom. It lists "Visuals" (the top level) and your whole folder tree.

Select several at once

• Click items to add them to the selection; click again to remove one.

• Drag a marquee across empty space to select everything inside it.

• Press Ctrl/Cmd + A or click Select All in the action bar to grab everything on the page.

• Press Esc to clear the selection.

With a single item selected, Open takes you into the editor. Every other action in the bar (move, tag, duplicate, delete) works on the whole selection.

Tags

Tags cut across folders. A design can sit in "Clients / Acme" and still carry the tags "reel", "promo", and "approved".

1. Select one or more designs.

2. Click the tag control in the action bar and search for a tag, or type a new name and pick a color to create one on the spot.

3. Check the tags you want. Uncheck a tag to remove it from the selected designs.

Tags belong to the workspace, so the same "promo" tag is available on every design in that brand.

Filter the library

Use the filter controls at the top of Visuals to narrow the grid:

• Type: Both, Images, or Videos. Carousels count as images.

• Tags: pick one or more tags to show only designs that carry them.

Filters are kept in the page URL, so you can bookmark "all videos tagged reel" or share the link with a teammate who has access to the workspace.

Delete a folder

Select the folder and click Delete in the action bar, then confirm. Deleting a folder also deletes every design inside it, including sub-folders. If you want to keep the designs, move them out first.

Tips

• Folders for structure, tags for status. "Client / Campaign" as folders, "draft / approved / posted" as tags works well.

• Recent designs are also one keystroke away in the command palette (Cmd/Ctrl + K), so you don't have to dig through folders for what you touched yesterday.
