Reset Your Password

Change your Krumzi password from Settings, or reset it from the login page if you've forgotten it.

There are two ways to get a new password: change it from Settings while logged in, or use the reset link from the login page if you can't get in.

Change your password (logged in)

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Profile.

  2. In the password row, click Change.

  3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.

  4. Save. You'll see a confirmation and the new password works immediately.

Passwords must be at least 6 characters. If you get "Current password is incorrect", use the reset flow below instead.

Reset your password (logged out)

  1. Go to krumzi.com/login.

  2. Click Forgot password? under the password field.

  3. Enter the email you use for Krumzi and submit. For security, we show the same confirmation whether or not the address has an account.

  4. Open the email and click the reset link. It brings you back to Krumzi.

  5. Enter your new password twice and save. You're logged in.

Troubleshooting

  • No email? Give it a couple of minutes and check spam or junk. Make sure you entered the address you signed up with.

  • Link expired or invalid? Reset links are single-use and time-limited. Request a fresh one from the login page.

  • "Open the link in the same browser." For security, the reset link only works in the browser where you requested it. If you requested it on your laptop, open the email on your laptop, not your phone.

  • Signed up with Google? You don't have a Krumzi password. Just click Continue with Google on the login page.

  • Still locked out? Email hello@krumzi.com from your account address and we'll help.

Tips

  • Use a unique password you don't reuse elsewhere, ideally from a password manager.

  • Changing your password doesn't affect your designs, brands, or subscription.
