Manage Your Subscription

Everything on the Billing & plan page: your plan, status, credit usage, renewal date, top-ups, invoices, and payment method.

Your subscription lives in one place: Settings → Billing & plan. Open it from the sidebar's Settings item, or click your profile at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Billing & plans.

What's on the page

Your plan

The top card shows your plan name (Starter, Pro, Ultra, or Lifetime), your price and billing cycle, and a status pill. From here you can switch between monthly and yearly, cancel, or reactivate a cancelled plan.

Status banner

You'll see a banner when something needs attention:

  • Trial: days left, the date your trial auto-converts, and what your card will be charged. Includes an Activate early button.

  • Payment failed: your card was declined. Update your payment method or retry the charge.

  • Cancelled: the date your plan ends and a one-click Reactivate button.

This month's usage

Credits used and credits left this cycle, your top-up balance (which never expires), and when your monthly credits reset. For a deeper breakdown by feature and a recent-activity feed, open Settings → Usage & credits.

Compare plans

All three plans side by side with an Upgrade or Downgrade button on each. See "Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan" for how changes and proration work.

Top up credits

Buy a one-time credit pack when you need more than your monthly grant. Top-up credits never expire and are spent after your monthly credits run out. Available to active subscribers (not during the trial).

Payment method & billing details

The Manage billing button opens the secure billing portal run by Polar, our payment processor. Update your card, billing address, and tax details there.

Invoices & receipts

Every charge, with a Download PDF button per row for tax-ready invoices.

Subscription statuses

  • Trial: your 7-day free trial is running. Card on file, no charge yet.

  • Active: billing normally; credits renew each cycle.

  • Cancelled: you've cancelled, but you keep full access until the end of the paid period.

  • Past due: a payment failed. Fix your card to keep using AI features.

Tips

  • Your credits reset on your renewal date, not the 1st of the month. The reset date is shown on the usage card.

  • If you're on a trial and already sold, activate early. You get your full monthly credits right away and your unused trial credits carry over as never-expiring credits.

  • Prices shown on the Billing page are the live prices; the current list is always at krumzi.com/pricing.
