Fast mode and the AI behind Krumzi
Krumzi runs every design on its best AI setup, so there's no model to pick. Here's how the Fast toggle works, what it costs and which plans have it.

You don't pick an AI model in Krumzi anymore. Every design runs on Krumzi's best setup, Claude Opus 5.5, chosen by us for design work. That's one less thing to think about, and you get the same strong designer on every turn.
Krumzi picks the AI for you
The model picker and the Think toggle are gone from the AI Designer, the editor chat and Post Ideas. In Settings β AI, the Default model and Extended thinking rows are gone too. There's nothing to switch: a first design, a big carousel and a one-line tweak all get the same setup.
Credits are still usage-based. You're charged after each turn for the work the AI actually did, so a first design costs more than a small tweak. Errored turns are free, and if you press Stop mid-turn you're charged half.
Fast mode
Want a design back sooner? Turn on Fast in the chat box, or on the AI Designer, before you send. Fast makes designs faster and uses about 2x the credits for that turn.
You only pay double when it actually ran fast. If fast capacity is busy, your turn runs at normal speed and normal price.
It's on Pro, Studio and Agency. Turn it on for the turns where speed matters, and leave it off the rest of the time.
On Starter, Fast shows locked. Click it to upgrade to Pro.
On a free trial of Pro, Studio or Agency, you'll see "Activate your plan to use Fast mode". Click it to start your plan now and Fast unlocks. On a Starter trial, clicking Fast opens the upgrade to Pro.
Batch designs don't have Fast. The toggle is hidden when you're making a batch.
When to use Fast
You're on a deadline and want each turn back quicker.
You're making a run of small edits and don't want to wait between them.
Not in a hurry? Leave it off and every turn costs the normal price.
AI photos
When the AI generates a photo for an image or carousel, it keeps laying out the text and shapes while the photo is being made (usually 15 to 60 seconds), and the photo appears in place when it's ready. Each photo costs 5 credits, or 15 at High quality, charged once and only when it arrives. If a photo can't be made, Krumzi replaces it or adjusts the layout, and you're not charged for it. See "Generate AI images and remove backgrounds" for the details.
